FORWARD
The idea of the present core investor is to have a first class Company that will provide the required expertise and leadership in cement production using latest technology.
Damnaz will expand its horizon on the African continent, particularly in West Africa.  It is the belief of the founding members that their backgrounds and professional competencies will add values to these companies.

The people who established Damnaz are a group of professionals who have excelled in their various fields of endeavour and are of proven integrity and experience.  There is no member of the group that has not been involved in the cement manufacture or who has not held a position of either a Managing Director of a cement plant or a Senior Vice President responsible for a group of companies. The people behind Damnaz have university degrees in engineering, law or finance and have extensive management experience.

Damnaz has initiated cooperation arrangements with several reputable cement manufactures and companies providing various types of services to the cement industry, so that at the time of need it will be able to have required expertise from some of the best cement experts you can find. The purpose of entering into cooperation with other experienced and reputable cement companies is to make sure that CCNN has the latest technology for its operation. Sustaining this technology will require necessary skills to go with it, which will involve a lot of training and retraining of personnel in these modern and efficient cement plants.

The plan of Damnaz is to liaise with other Shareholders of the Company to increase the capacity of the plant to 1.5 million metric tonnes per year. A feasibility study of the expansion has been undertaken. Expansion and upgrading of the plant are necessary to ensure that CCNN continues to play a major role in the industry.  We also want to be as efficient as we can in our operations because it is the key to the Company’s survival in this competitive world.

One of the cardinal principles of Damnaz is to make sure that the shareholders are well protected and have good return on their investments. This will be achieved through proper and efficient operation of the plant.  The return on the investment will come in form of good dividend policy and long term rise in share price.  We therefore continue to solicit the support and cooperation of the shareholders to their Company.
