In January 2010, the acquisition of Damnaz Nigeria limited, by BUA Group International Limited, was concluded after satisfying all requirement and approval from the relevant regulatory agencies. With this, BUA Group International Limited, through Damnaz, has become the majority shareholder in CCNN. Consequently, the following are the Directors of CCNN Plc as at February 2010.
